What our warranty covers:

• Craftsmanship defects (stitching, hardware, closures)

• Material faults (zippers, lining, or leather imperfections present at purchase)

• Manufacturing defects not caused by wear and tear

What’s not covered:

• Normal signs of wear and tear (scratches, softening, patina)

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care

• Water or chemical damage

• Modifications or repairs by non-Orra authorized services

How to make a warranty claim:

1. Email our support team at info@byorra.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

2. Our customer care team will review your claim within 3 business days.

3. If approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or credit — depending on the nature of the issue.
