Processing Times
All Orra products are individually handmade in our partnered boutique factory and stored in our Brisbane, Australia warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm gets same day dispatch, after 12pm it will be dispatched the next day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

• All orders are shipped with Auspost tracking details provided via email once dispatched.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location:

• Standard International: 7–14 business days

• Express International: 4–7 business days
  (Customs or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.)
