Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Orra piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, with original packaging and dust bag (if applicable).

• Returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Exchanges are processed once your item is received and inspected.

How to start a return:

1. Email us at info@byorra.com with your order number.

2. Our team will send you a prepaid return label (if applicable).

3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging and ship it back to us.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items may not be eligible for return.
